Roof Demolition for Emergency Building Rectification Works

Demolition Services

Whether it’s part of a larger make good service or because a part of a building needs to be removed, we here at A1 Precision Solutions offer demolition services for commercial buildings, offices, and warehouses. Demolition can mean anything from demolishing and removing a part of a building that is broken or destroyed, removing a part of a building as part of an end-of-lease agreement, or removing a building to make room for future development.

As a full service commercial builder, A1 Precision Solutions can offer more than just demolition services. Our demolition services can be offered on their own or as part of a larger project, whether that project is part of a larger end-of-lease make good or a larger construction project. We can both demolish and remove as well as build as part of a project.

Are your demolition services end-to-end?

Yes, we offer full end-to-end demolition services. This means that we’re able to demolish buildings, parts of buildings, or damaged structures as well as remove all the debris when the job is done. We will leave the site clean, clear, and ready for the next steps of the project.

Is demolition different from end-of-lease services?

Demolition can be part of end-of-lease services or it can be a separate task.

One part of our demolition services includes removing damaged parts of buildings or removing a part of a building as part of a larger project. In these cases, this is not about an end-of-lease project, but it’s part of a general construction project where demolition is needed before the rest of the project can proceed.

Another part of our demolition services involve our end-of-lease make good services. Make good services involve getting a commercial property back to how it was prior to a lease. This often involves stripping out fixtures to get back to the base building. If the property has had a larger fit-out, demolition may be part of the larger make good project. For example, if a cool room has been installed in a warehouse, the make good may involve demolishing the cool room.
