Cosmetic Injectables Clinic
Client Brief
Clinic Alexandra and Simply Injectables are two cosmetic injectables companies with different specialisations. These businesses found a single space to share that would allow them to have two separate clinic rooms for patients. However, the space was bare and needed a full fit-out. Being a boutique and premium clinic, these businesses needed a luxury commercial fit-out that would suit both their services and their brands.
The client wanted a premium feel to the fit-outs of their clinic rooms that both felt open but also private. This lead them to pursuing a design with frosted glass that was clear at the top and the bottom. This allowed natural light into the clinic rooms while still affording privacy to patients.
All in all, the client needed a single provider who was easy to work with to plan the fit-out for the two new clinic rooms, hallway, and staff areas. They preferred to work with a single builder instead of multiple providers in order to get the job done more quickly and easily while only having one point of contact.
Scope of Works
This was a complete fit-out of a bare commercial space that needed to be done on time so that the clients could start their new businesses. The fit-out included:
- Sourcing all building permits for work;
- Installation of luxury stone countertops in clinic rooms;
- Cabinetry in clinic rooms underneath countertops;
- Installation of curtains in hallways;
- Partition and glass installation;
- Glass frosting;
- Fit-out of staff kitchenette and bathroom.
Outcomes
The results speak for themselves.
These two cosmetic injectable clinics got a premium fit-out for their premium service. It’s truly a space that clients will feel comfortable in while afforded privacy during their procedure, but not be cramped. The clinic rooms look and feel both clean and welcoming, creating the perfect mix of a medical space that’s also a service. Although the clinic rooms feel open, they don’t feel empty; nor do they feel cluttered.
Working with both Simply Injectables and Clinic Alexandra has been a pleasure. They had a great shared vision for their new clinic, and it was satisfying to make it come to life.
