Narrow aisle pallet racking helps improve storage density by reducing the width of the aisles between the pallet racking. We reduce space between racks as far as possible for both simple and very narrow aisle configurations, taking load limits and pallet turning into account. You can use normal selective pallet racking for narrow aisle applications. You can access goods via swing reach or turret trucks.
Narrow aisle and very narrow aisle racking can also take advantage of vertical storage space by stacking very high. The height of the materials handling equipment sets the only real limit on how high we can erect the pallet racking.
For warehouse applications where it’s important to have easy access to all items but it’s also important to maximise storage space, narrow aisle pallet racking is often a good option.

Why Use Narrow Aisle Pallet Racking
Although narrow aisle pallet racking has some great applications, you need to use it in the right circumstances to get the most benefit. Despite its high-density storage, standard forklifts may not be able to access the racking aisles because of the height and narrow aisle width. Because of this, you may need to invest in new materials handling equipment when installing narrow aisle pallet racking.
That being said, purchasing new materials handling equipment may be preferable to moving to a larger warehouse and ultimately may be a less expensive option.
For warehouses with many SKUs that need to be accessible at all times, narrow aisle pallet racking is often a very good option as everything is easily accessible.
