Vehicle storage system for parts recyclers
Client Brief
The client required a heavy-duty vehicle storage system which included drip trays. It order to utilise the space effectively, vehicles needed to be stacked three high with custom fabricated drip trays sitting below each vehicle to prevent damage to vehicles underneath. The final storage system also had to be heavy duty enough to support the weight of the vehicles while also not taking up a large amount of room.
Scope of Works
- Design a bespoke heavy-duty storage system for vehicles – which includes a drip tray;
- Fabrication of bespoke drip trays and support brackets;
- Pallet racking supply and installation.
Outcomes
A1 Precision Solutions designed and installed a heavy-duty storage solution for a vehicle parts recycler, which is designed for high density vehicle storage, a heavy weight rating, and includes custom-fabricated drip trays. The pictures here show the great utilisation of relatively limited space for a storage facility like this. The overall outcome of the project was creating something exactly as it needed to be.
