Our approach to commercial building maintenance comes from both a safety and asset protection point of view. As builders, safety is at the core of our company culture and everything we do, and we believe and improperly maintained building is an unsafe building. To best protect the longevity of the building as an asset and to keep it safe, having a good maintenance regime is important.

General maintenance is a broad category, but we have all trades available to complete and rectify and maintenance issues that may be occurring at your building. These maintenance and repair services include, but aren’t limited to:

• Hydraulic services: including repair of faulty building hydraulics, broken pipes, blown out lines, relocation of existing hydraulics, etc.
• Mechanical services: including everything from building lifts and escalators to HVAC systems. We can conduct routine maintenance of these services and well as fix faulty units.
• Fire services: isolation and repair of faulty fire services as well as reconnecting and recertifying fire services as needed.
• Joinery: repair damage of joint walls, damaged plaster, water damage of walls and joint fittings, cabinetry, etc.
• Electrical repairs: in line with our general utilities services, we can do general maintenance of all electrical fitting, source faulty connections, and more. This includes jobs of all sizes from the installation of power points all the way up to new and add-on circuitry.
• Flooring: repair, refinish, or alteration of all types of flooring including polished concrete, wood, carpeting, vinyl, and more.
• External repairs and maintenance: this includes repairs to building facades, concrete repair, car park maintenance, line painting, repair of outdoor decorative elements, etc.
• Working at heights: this includes window, roof, and other repairs/maintenance that require working at heights. All work at heights is done in accordance with national safety standards for working at heights.
• Council permits: sourcing and organising and relevant permits to conduct work, repairs, etc.
• General maintenance: any other general maintenance needed in a commercial setting such as painting, window installation/repair, etc.

Many of these services overlap with our make good services as maintenance and defit repairs are very similar. Because of our extensive experience in both the defit and general building maintenance space, we have been able to develop a strong team across multiple trades, making it easier and more convenient for our clients.
