Project: External facade repairs and refurbishment to add aesthetic appeal prior to sale.
Client Brief:
The client was selling the site and wanted to reface the exterior facade to add appeal and potential value increase prior to the sale. This was a general building refurbishment project that involved repairs, painting, and restoration work.
Scope of Works:
- Repairs and patching to exterior building facade;
- Repairs to external doors, fascia and eaves;
- Painting of exterior facade;
- Restoration of main gate;
- Line marking (in the warehouse).
Outcomes:
The successfully completed project with a quick turnaround improved the overall building aesthetic and helped the client achieve a capital value increase prior to sale.
