Building Facade Reface and Refurbishment
Client Brief
The Porter Group was moving to a new building. The new building they were moving to had excellent street frontage and had great exposure on a busy highway, however, the exterior of the building itself was a little date and tired looking.
The Porter Group needed a more up to date look for their new building. It needed to suit the business as well as the more prominent location.
Scope of Works
Consultation with design mock-ups;
– Main Office Building:
- Construction of a new face to the front of the building using high quality, German-made Alucobond cladding;
- Front entrance door replacement;
– Warehouse and Fencing:
- Wall clean and repairs;
- Painting of all exterior walls, roller door, roof, water tank and car park walls.
Outcomes
In the consultation process, A1 Precision Solutions provided the client with mock-up design images to help with the selection of the proposed new facade colour scheme.
The street facing building now looks like a new building with modern Alucobond cladding and an improved entrance area. The rear warehouse and fencing is now a modern charcoal colour, also appearing clean and giving the overall site a vastly improved aesthetic look.
