Client Brief
A long time and repeat client owned an older warehouse with a shopfront. Since customers would be picking up orders at the shopfront, it was important that the exterior building facade was at its best.
This meant cleaning the exterior walls of the building, painting it, and various repairs throughout the outside of the building. This was a building maintenance project that needed to get done to keep the premisis looking its best.
Scope of Works
- Wall clean and repairs;
- Gutter repairs and replacement;
- Painting.
Outcomes
A1 Precision Solutions carried out all the works within a short timeframe and delivered a fresh, improved aesthetic to the overall building.
