Building Facade Refurbishment
Client Brief
The client was wishing to renew and refurbish a tired old commercial building to help retain an existing long-term tenant that was considering relocating. This meant the outside walls of the building needed to be cleaned and repaired. The car park also need similar treatment.
Scope of Works
- Consultation with design mock-ups;
- Wall clean and repairs;
- Respray;
- Car park line marking respray.
Outcomes
In the consultation process, A1 Precision Solutions provided the client with mock-up design images to help with the selection of the proposed new facade colour scheme. Once chosen, all external walls were cleaned and resprayed a dark charcoal colour creating a modern aesthetic look to the building. Additional works included respraying of all car park line marking, including disabled parking bay.
The project allowed the client to successfully retain the existing long-term tenant, …a great outcome for all parties.
