Retail, Office Fit-out and Signage
Client Brief
The client was moving into a new retail showroom and warehouse and required a complete fit-out – offices, showroom and warehouse with pallet racking, as well as, building and street signage.
This meant not only the full office and building fit-out, but also pallet racking in the warehouse areas as a place to store stock. Beyond the fit out, the client also needed to have utilities installed and set up. The client needed everything done and to be able to simply walk into their new premises.
Scope of Works
– Showroom/Office Fit-out:
- Office partitions – glazed and plaster;
- Boardroom;
- Painting;
- Power and Data.
– Warehouse:
- Wall partition separating the showroom and warehouse;
- Pallet racking – supplied and installed.
– Signage:
- Building and street signage –
Illuminated and non-illuminated.
Outcomes
